When you subscribe to DSJ membership as part of Services offered by Company on Website, you gain access to premium articles, reports, comment and exclusive features specially chosen for you by the DSJ content writers/editors/management. The nature of content behind the paywall is subject to change at the sole discretion of Company; the decision of Company and/or its management in this regard shall be final and binding on Users.

7. Subscription / Purchase of reports

9. Pricing

13. Other costs
In addition to any subscription fees you pay for our subscription based Services, you are responsible for paying any internet connection or other telecommunications charges or any other costs or charges that you may incur by accessing the Services and/or subscription based Services . For example, if you use any of our mobile services then your network operator may charge you for data or messaging services.

14. Term, renewal and cancellation
You can choose a subscription-based Service for the term and duration offered by the Company as listed on the Website. Reports are available on pay as you use basis.

Subscription to the subscription-based Services commences immediately on the realization of payment of the subscription fees from the Users and there can be no cancellation once a User’s account is active for the subscription based Services. Similarly, the reports are available for buying at paying upfront payment. In case of reports, there is no option of refund of money or cancellation of purchase.

You do not have any right to cancel your subscription or any part of it until the end of your then current subscription period. Although you may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, such notice will only take effect at the end of your then current subscription period, and you will not receive a refund.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms, with or without notice and without further obligation to you including any obligation to refund. We may also suspend or terminate your subscription if we are prevented from providing Services to you by circumstances beyond our control. The Company may, in exceptional circumstances, cease to publish the Website, the Website content or cease to provide subscription-based Services. The Company will give you at least 15 days' notice of this, if possible. If we do so, then we will have no further obligation to you except for a refund of the unexpired period of your paid subscription. 20. Prohibited Activities
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information on the Website, that —

(x) is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not a permissible online game, or of any online gaming intermediary offering such an online game;
(xi) violates any law for the time being in force;

Violation of the above may result in legal consequences and penal provisions under the Indian Penal Code) 1860 (IPC), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), and other applicable laws. Various penal provisions that may be attracted in case of violation of the above include Sections 153, 292,293, 354C, 419, 465, 469, 505 of the IPC, Sections 43, 66, 66E, 67, 67A, 67B, 66D, 66F of the IT Act, Section 29 of the Trademarks Act, Section 51, 63 of the Copyright Act etc.

DSJ is under obligation to report legal violations to the law enforcement agencies under the relevant Indian laws applicable to the context.

21. Termination of Account
DSJ reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend, terminate your account; Terminate this agreement; Terminate or suspend your access to the DSJ's Web Websites; Refuse, move or remove for any reason any Content / Image that you submit on or through the Services; Refuse, move, or remove any Content / Image that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account (subject to retaining such information and associated records as required under applicable laws); Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services at any time and, remove or edit contents or cancel orders (entered by you) in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the DSJ's Web Websites will immediately cease.

You can also terminate your account at any time by intimating the same to the "Grievance Officer" but your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account.

22. User Conduct and Obligations

20. infringement of any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software;

21. right of privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person's personal information of any kind without their express permission) or publicity;

22. any confidentiality obligation

Unless otherwise permitted, you will: (i) display the Service on your Website in the exact form received by you, and not modify or edit any of the foregoing without DSJ's prior written consent; (ii) ensure that the fundamental meaning of the Service is not changed or distorted; (iii) comply with all applicable laws and all limitations and restrictions (if any) placed by DSJ on the use, display or distribution of any Service and (iv) not archive any of the Service for access by users at any future date after the Service has been removed from your Web Website.
